Peninsula Energy Limited is an ASX-listed uranium company (ASX: PEN; OTCQB: PENMF) with 100% ownership of the Lance and Dagger Projects located in Wyoming, USA. The projects are operated by Peninsula’s wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Strata Energy, Inc.
The Company’s flagship Lance Project comprises the Ross Production Area, Kendrick Production Area and Barber Resource Area.
Lance hosts a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource of 59.0 million pounds (Mlb) U3O8 and includes a constructed Central Processing Plant with nameplate capacity of 2.0 Mlb U3O8 per annum and licensed capacity of up to 3.0 Mlb U3O8 per annum.
Peninsula produced first dried yellowcake from its expanded Lance processing facilities in September 2025. The operation uses low-pH in-situ recovery (ISR), an established uranium extraction method used extensively around the world.

Wellfield performance
Peninsula is now focused on delivering repeatable wellfield performance, improving wellfield hydraulics, refining acidification and oxidant management, strengthening technical capability and incorporating operating experience into future mine development.
Growth pipeline
Peninsula’s longer-term growth pipeline extends beyond the current production areas. The Kendrick Production Area is fully permitted and represents the next sequential production area, while Barber and the nearby Dagger Project provide additional resource, development and exploration optionality.
